Terms and conditions for in - house training courses

Bookings

Booking a course may be made by phone or email using the booking form on our website. Good practice training will then confirm your requirements with a detailed email confirmation.

Payment

Are fees our based on a group size of a maximum of 18 delegates for any one training course booked. We will always agree and confirm via email if the number of delegates exceeds 18 and their additional costs for delegate manuals.

Invoicing

We will invoice the client after completion of any training course within 3 working days and our payment terms are 28 days from the date of invoice.

Cancelling courses

Any cancellations must be received in writing by email to info@goodpracticetraining.co.uk

20 working days prior to the start of the course – no fee is payable. Fewer than 20 working days – 30% is payable of the agreed fee at the time of booking

Cancellation of courses by Good Practice Training

For circumstances beyond our control Good Practice reserves the right to cancel any training event and re–schedule as soon as possible after the cancelled date.

Copyright

All intellectual property rights in any materials developed by Good Practice Training are the absolute property of Good Practice Training unless specifically developed on behalf and for a client and for the sole use of a client, where a different agreement will may apply. The duplication, resale or delivery to a third party of such a product by the client is not permitted unless Good Practice Training has previously granted written consent.

Governing law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Our fees

We provide a highly competitive pricing structure without compromising on quality. Our fees are fully inclusive, this includes all travelling expenses, overnight accommodation for our trainers where necessary and high-quality delegate manuals.
